*Note - Fighters are required to bring in their IDs. Those who fail to bring their IDs during check ins will be disqualified immediately.

Fighters will weigh in without the Gi. (Example: Rash Guard and Shorts)

CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE

DAY 1 OF THE EVENT (MALE EVENT ONLY)

MALE ADULTS AND MASTERS STARTS - 14:00

Fighters are recommended to be present in the weigh-in area 30 MINUTES  before their fights. The pace of the event will be determined by how the matches go.

Disciplinary Code of Conduct 

Each team will receive a maximum of two coaches badges. Any other team member attempting to coach will result in a team penalty.

Each player shall be assigned with one coach to their mat area.

Foul language or gestures directed towards referees, competitors, and staff members are not tolerated and will result into disciplinary sanctions under the technical committee.

All teams, alternative coaches, and audience members must remain in their designated areas without interrupting the flow of the event. In case of violation, pentaly will apply.

Penalty will result in banning coaches, players, or teams to upcoming events.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be allowed if there's no fighters in the division and the athlete does not want the medal.

*Note - In case this happens, fighters are allowed to have the option of keeping their credits in their account for future event registration or membership renewal.
